If you cancel or return your order and you paid using an Indigo Gift Card, we'll send your refund as an e-Gift Card. If they still haven't received it, contact us with your name, your order number and the recipient's email address and we'll send you an email once we confirm the original hasn't been redeemed, cancel the original and issue a replacement. If you purchased an e-gift card online and the recipient hasn't received it,ask them to check their junk mail or deleted items. Indigo Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are subject to terms and conditions, and cannot be recovered if lost or stolen. To check your Indigo Gift Card balance online, you can use the gift card balance tool, or visit the Payment Options section in your Account Centre. If there is an amount owing once your gift card or cards are used, select another payment method to complete the order. If there is a balance after paying your order total, it remains on the gift card. You can use multiple Indigo Gift Cards to pay for your order. Ask the cashier to transfer the balance from your current gift card to a new gift card and you'll get a new PIN. You don't need the PIN when shopping in-store but if you want to use it online and can't find it take the gift card to any Indigo location. The PIN (personal identification number) has up to 6 digits, and it's under the scratch-away section on the back of your card or included in the email of the e-gift card. When prompted, enter all 19 or 20 digits, without any spaces or dashes. Cards purchased from third parties may have 11 digits in front of the 604xxx, which should be omitted when entering the card number. Cards purchased from Indigo start with 604xxx and have a 19 or 20-digit number. The card number appears on the back of the gift card, just below the barcode. During checkout, on the payment page, click the + symbol next to GIFT CARD to expand and reveal the fields to enter the Card Number and PIN. Indigo Gift Cards purchased in Canada or from indigo.ca are not redeemable at Indigo Short Hills, NJ in the United States.įor online purchases, you'll need the card number and the PIN.
